Shipping & Delivery
All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery at a fixed rate of £4.50 per delivery for orders up to the value of £30, free delivery for all UK orders over this value. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages if an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied. UK deliveries are usually dispatched within 24 hours and should take 2-3 working days for delivery. If you require an express shipping service, please choose our '48 Hr delivery option'. Please note that any orders received on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next available working day (Monday or Tuesday dependent on Bank Holidays). Please note due to Covid-19 restrictions, we have temporarily removed our 48 Hour Shipping option.
Europe & Worldwide
For deliveries to rest of Europe and worldwide, please use the 'Estimate shipping and tax' button in your cart to see a quote for your country. Deliveries to the rest of Europe and worldwide are sent by Royal Mail or Courier depending on the weight of the order.
Returns & Replacements
We hope you will be happy with your new purchase. However, in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to offer you a full refund, provided that the goods are returned within 28 days of delivery and in a re-saleable condition. The purchaser will be responsible for all return costs including any insurance that may be required. Your refund or exchange will be processed once we are in receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item that has not been returned in a fully re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please contact us.

1. We do not offer refunds for special order, custom made or personalised items.
2. You should retain the proof of postage, you may need this if your chosen courier service loses your parcel.
3. It may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us.
4. Returned items will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.
5. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.
6. You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance, in case your parcel is damaged or lost in transit. The goods will remain your property until received by us.
7. Return postage costs will not be refunded for incorrectly ordered or unwanted items.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We make every effort to ensure that the product information is accurate and current. All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges. If we discover an error in the price, description, or quantity available of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and will offer an alternative product, a full refund or the original product subject to the newly revised price, description and/or amended quantity.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. If you decide not to accept the alternative goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
